PACKAGING DESIGN
Cook House, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Re-working an existing design for Cook House's own range of pre-mix cocktails, I a combination of vector graphics of the ingredients and bold eye-catching palette as a basis of the design. This allowed flexibility in the design that can be adapted time and time again for future mixes in the series– created in collaboration with Northumberland based distillery Hepple Spirits Co.
Using the theme of locality, I have named each cocktail mix after areas in Newcastle which reflect the characteristics of each drink:
Tynemouth; laidback, lively, adventurous (citrus iced tea)
Grey Street; classic, sophisticated, iconic (classic Negroni)
Jesmond; refined, captivating, curious (gooseberry & dill kombucha)
Ouseburn; vibrant, refreshing, quirky (Pisco fennel sour)
This project was created for my own interest and knowledge based learning.
